In Anna's meter demonstration, freshly produced hydrogen water can register a negative ORP in the range of -500 to -800 mV. Compare that result with the orange juice and green tea values shown in the chart. Actual readings vary with source water, machine setting, dissolved hydrogen, temperature, storage, and meter calibration.
Many bottled, filtered, and tap waters may show a positive ORP under the same test conditions. A negative reading indicates greater reducing or electron-donating potential; a positive reading indicates greater oxidizing potential in that sample.
ORP is one measurable characteristic of water. It does not, by itself, establish effects on oxidative stress, inflammation, aging, or disease inside the body.

How does the K8 work?
Water first passes through the machine's filter and then through an electrolysis chamber. The process produces separate alkaline and acidic water streams, and you select the setting for the intended use.
Can I drink it every day?
The drinking settings are designed for everyday use. Start at the lowest drinking-water setting and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Ask your healthcare professional about your individual circumstances.
How long does the dissolved hydrogen last?
Dissolved hydrogen gradually dissipates, especially when water is exposed to air or agitated. Freshly produced water is preferred; a filled, tightly sealed container helps reduce loss.
Will it work with well water?
It depends on the source-water quality. A water test and, in some homes, additional pre-filtration may be recommended before installation.
